Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Maritime Marine Environmental or related fields.

- Demonstrated excellence in statistical analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with geospatial and maritime software tools; Python and SQL proficiency is a plus.
- A track record in quantitative and qualitative maritime research.
- Exceptional organizational skills; attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist
We are seeking an innovative, analytical thinker to tackle challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role demands creativity and a knack for developing comprehensive, cutting-edge solutions in environmental and marine/maritime fields.
Responsibilities
- Spatial analysis is the dominant portion of the job duties envisioned for this position but will be balanced with a variety of cartography; field staff support and research and development.
- Provide independent data interpretation and insights while effectively maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Manage legacy GIS datasets and implement GIS-based analyses supporting project team in conducting site survey stakeholder engagements and report deliverables.
- Deliver technically proficient solutions with precise spatial data representation.
- Process data and graphics requests enhancing marine risk management and research workflows.
- Drive internal GIS workflow improvements suggesting policy and procedural improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- Working experience of 3 to 5 years is preferred.
- Advanced working knowledge of geodatabases geospatial devices and software tools such as ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro and Spatial Analysis toolbox).
- Ability to work with vector and raster datasets.
- Experience working with various coordinate systems projections and datum’s.
- Familiarity with standard cartographic methods theories and principles.
- Knowledge of python and experience with AutoCAD files will be an added advantage.
- Technically inquisitive with strong statistics computer and design skills.
- Effective communicator with excellent oral and written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and has an eye for detail.
- A self-starter who is able to independently manage multiple assignments determine and set job task priorities and work with limited direct supervision .
- Willing to travel.

Strategic Executive Officer / Strategic Communications Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining the executive’s workload, managing communications, and ensuring efficient operation of day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate executive communications drafting letters and correspondence with stakeholders including government officials.
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s scheduling including meetings document preparation and administrative support travel arrangements and other appointments.
- Conduct follow-ups on procurement processes and other ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for queries related to the company able to address questions and participate actively in meetings.
- Attend official meetings as a representative of the Managing Director when required taking minutes and reporting back on the proceedings and action points.
Qualifications
- Candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) may be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in crafting high-level written and verbal communications.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Discretion professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake travel as required.
