Formal Safety Assessment (FSA)

Our Formal Safety Assessment follows a structured methodology to assess and enhance maritime safety for a development through provision of tailored risk management solutions that adhere to applicable national and international standards. This assessment provides understanding of project area and associated risks which includes :

Hazard and Effect Management Process (HEMP)

Hazard Identification (HAZID) Analysis / Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) Analysis

We provide Hazard Identification (HAZID) analysis through a structured methodology for hazard identification and determination of control and mitigation measure. The hazard identification exercise consists of a structured qualitative review of principal navigational hazards and scenarios which includes inputs from relevant stakeholders and participants with extensive knowledge and experience associated with marine activities and associated waterways of a specific project area.

Risk Reduction Control Strategies

Our risk management solution provides recommendations of preventive safeguards/ mitigation control measures to achieve tolerable risk levels that takes into account efficient management of available resources.

Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)

We provide services which quantify the probabilities and potential impacts of marine projects using hard metrics, so that the likelihood and severity of accompanying risk can be measured and understood for efficient resource and risk management. Our analysis evaluates the design and layout of a development through a probabilistic risk modelling software to validate tolerable risk levels and feasibility of operation.

Our consequence analysis provides insights towards consequences and risks towards individuals from the implementation of a project development to assist in provision of viable risk management solutions.
